Arlington in The Morning

Well, apparently there is a lot of mowing to be done today. Got the John Deere's all ready to go - it's a beautiful day here. I think I'm going to safety the climbing wall abaing for the summer, look through the ropes and harnesses - make sure everything is shipshape.

We had a great mother's day buffet out here last night - there was around two hundred people here for the supper. It had a nice touch to it.

Amazingly, Bennet is trying out his crawl. He likes to stand on his hands and toes and arch his back - and then go into crawl mode (hands and knees) however, he hasn't quite started to crawl, just sort of wiggle.

I've been reading again on the life of Christ and just enjoying my daydream of wondering what Christ was like here on earth. I wonder what the disciples must have thought about following this guy - I wonder what "sealed the deal" for each of them. Whether it was his charisma, perhaps his convincing tone - maybe the look in his eye, or the way he communicated day to day his message of the Kingdom of God.

I wonder if he was more compelling to speak with one-on-one - or if a large group setting was more his forte...
