Back in the game.

It's been quite another summer - with many highs and occasional lows. Angie told me today she has enjoyed a great summer at the lake.

I've learned that my persception and idea of how things go can be radically different than hers - it was great to hear that what I thought I saw and enjoyed with her - was enjoyed in not an equal, but a similar way.

Last year was all about 12-14 hour days out here. 7 a.m. - 10-11 p.m. type stuff. Which is difficult with a young (growing) family.

This year has been different as far as how my hours are spent - but I believe I've gotten more work done.
