Posting from the Lake Louise Hostel - I've been here for two nights already - we rode Louise yesterday - it was great.

The temp is hovering around 0 degrees C - it was a little busy yesterday - (Family Day in Alberta via King Ralph)

We hope to get another full day in today (Jesse Ryalls and I) and then possibly ride Marmot Basin tomorrow.

As usual - I've seen a tonne of people from Sk. here - some living and working - some just travelling... saw J.P. and Tanis yesterday - the whole Nickel family is vacationing int he mountains. That's a good one. We saw these people fall of a lift at the top of it - they sort of went around and then slid off - it was funny - but not until you knew if they were alright or not... immediately Jesse recognized them, so then it was sort of an awckward "oh, hey - how's it going" - we knew how they were doing, not that hot...

so it's been a beautiful trip - thanks Angie - I think I'm switching to skiing next season - so I can get a knack for it and take the boys out. Hitting the mts. without the fam. is kind of weird.
